Guidance with Depth

It’s beautiful that you’re here. Considering a constellation often means something inside you is ready to move. A short coaching journey can be a powerful way to bring movement to something that’s been stuck for a long time.

Before we begin the coaching program, it’s important to make sure there’s a good match. That’s why we start with a free 90-minute intake session. This is a deep, exploratory conversation where we look at your question, assess what’s needed, and feel into whether it’s right to work together. If we feel aligned, we’ll schedule three sessions, spaced about a month apart. Alongside the individual sessions, we also recommend joining a small constellation day, both as a questioner and as a representative. All at your own pace. Always attuned to you.

“Sometimes, it’s the invisible roots of love and loyalty that keep us from growing, until we see them, and choose our own direction.”

What Is a Constellation?

A constellation is a powerful way to gain insight into a question by revealing the larger picture. It helps you to see, often at a glance, what may be unconsciously influencing you, old patterns, entanglements, or burdens you’ve been carrying, sometimes without even realising it.

Rather than just talking about your issue, you experience what’s really going on, in your body, in relation to others, and in the space around you.

For example, in a trauma constellation, you might set up the intention “I want to set healthy boundaries.” In a family constellation, the guiding question could be “Is this really mine to carry—or for whom am I holding this?” Making these dynamics visible brings recognition—and often softening, healing, and integration.

What Does a Constellation Cost?

Coaching program €480
Follow up session €90
Constellation day €150 (issue holder)
Constellation day €50 (representative)

How Does It Work in Practice?

There are different ways to experience a constellation:

One-on-One

In an individual session, we work with floor markers (coloured mats or papers) or wooden figures on a table. You intuitively place a marker for yourself and others involved, such as family members, parts of yourself, or specific themes. By standing on or observing those spots, you can feel what’s happening beneath the surface and sense where movement is possible.

In a Group Setting

In a group, you briefly share your question or theme. Then you, or sometimes the facilitator, select representatives from the group for yourself, your parents, or other key elements. You observe from the outside. A remarkable phenomenon happens: the representatives often begin to sense things that resonate deeply with your situation, without knowing anything about it. What unfolds often lands with surprising clarity, as if the system itself is showing what’s ready to be seen.

Take your next step

At LifeBeyondRoots, we guide you to break free from deeply rooted patterns. A constellation reveals what’s at play beneath the surface and opens the door to new choices. Now is the time to step into clarity, connection, and movement.
