Individual Constellations
What’s happening beneath the surface?
An individual constellation works in a similar way to a family constellation. Instead of using representatives (other people who take on the role of someone or something), we work with floor markers. This brings your situation clearly into view and allows you to explore different positions, express what has remained unspoken, or return what doesn’t belong to you. The floor markers make it possible for you, and sometimes the facilitator, to physically move to different spots and sense what’s happening on the systemic level. An individual constellation can stand on its own or be part of a larger systemic coaching program.

Setup & Prices
The total cost is €195, incl. a short follow up call. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We’ll schedule the following moments together:
- Free introductory intake (15–30 min)
- Introductory conversation and one-on-one constellation (90 min)
- Phone reflection (20 min)
