About Kim

Systemic Trauma Facilitator

Imagine having the space to gently explore what you’re unconsciously carrying — from your parents, your ancestors, or early life experiences — and how it might still be holding you back from living freely today. Imagine someone lovingly and clearly helping you see where you’re stuck… and where your hidden strength lives. A safe, grounded space where you can land, breathe, feel, and fully take your place.

That’s what Kim brings to a constellation. Kim van Zadelhoff (born 1986) works as a systemic trauma facilitator with vision, heart, and a deep connection to the greater whole. What drives her is a strong belief: true freedom begins when we dare to look at our shadow — and our family of origin — with love. When we bring the unseen into the light. Whether it’s an old trauma, a systemic entanglement, or a body that’s saying “no” to outdated survival patterns, Kim’s mission is to guide you back to your rightful place in life.

Constellations as a Way of Life

Kim’s work is deeply rooted in family constellations and systemic work, and nourished by a rich personal journey through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, body awareness, and tantra. Over the past several years, she has traveled, studied, and practiced extensively — both in the Netherlands and abroad — in search of wholeness, stillness, and truth. She brings that experience into her sessions: grounded and gentle, yet clear and fully present.

During her training in trauma and family constellations, guided by her inspiring teacher Astrid Hart, Kim developed a deep understanding of attachment, intergenerational patterns, and the dynamics of the subconscious. She works intuitively, with deep respect for your pace, and a keen eye for what reveals itself — both in the systemic field and on an energetic level.

Registered Quality & Reimbursement Options

Our training and professional development are accredited by NOBCO and ABvC (far above the required continuing education standards), and recognized by KTNO (8.5 ECTS). Kim is also on track to become an ECP-certified therapist (NAP), an official Dutch recognition that allows many health insurers to reimburse part of the session costs. This means you can begin your journey with confidence — knowing you’ll receive quality, transparency, and support.

A Metaphor for Her Path

Her spiritual name is Kamala Indra, meaning “divine lotus flower” — rooted in the mud, yet opening toward the light. It’s a fitting symbol for her journey. For many years, Kim lived from a place of adaptation, responsibility, and survival. She was excellent at “pushing through,” but lost touch with her center, her body, and her vitality by her early twenties. The price she paid came in the form of chronic stress and deep unrest in relationships. She knew there had to be another way — there had to be. She began with a few years of schema therapy. Nearly a decade later, she found herself in burnout. That rupture marked the beginning of a profound healing process.

Kim’s path led her to India — to the temples of tantra and the stillness of meditation. Then to Ibiza, where she became a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher and went on to guide dozens of retreats each year for people, like her, seeking a different kind of life — one that felt aligned and alive. She immersed herself in mindful embodiment, Theta Healing, Bio-Dynamic Rebalancing, transformational breathwork, tantra, and energy work.

She spent time living in the quiet mountains of Monchique, Portugal — until an intense relationship crisis, shaped by invisible dynamics, pulled her back to Amsterdam. A year and a half after the birth of her son, she felt a strong call to go even deeper. Not just skimming the surface anymore, but down into the very roots of her family system. Layer by layer, she explored trauma, patterns, and roles — and how she had unconsciously taken them on. Family constellations, bodywork, and inner child healing helped her reclaim her place — both in her lineage and in her life.

In her work today, Kim weaves these worlds together: systemic work, trauma constellations, yoga, tantra, and breathwork — all with one clear purpose: to guide you to the place where you can live in freedom.
